The TransOffice system is transport planning software. It enables the planning of drivers' work, with the assignment of specific vehicles for an entire month. Employee and vehicle downtime is also taken into account in the plan. It can generate duty records, create shift schedules, and allows them to be exported and printed.

In addition to regular services, it is also possible to record orders for irregular transport, plan them, process the completed route, and invoice the customer.

The programs provide various overviews of driver and vehicle performance from duty records. It provides gross wage data for drivers for payroll programs, and exports invoices from irregular transport to accounting systems.

The system also has integrated timetable creation built into the passenger transport section.

The TransOffice system communicates with various electronic sales and control devices. These are mainly ticketing devices and ticket markers on buses, pre-sale devices, vending machines, e-shops, inspector readers, and boards and announcement systems in vehicles. TransOffice monitors and schedules communication with these devices and ensures the actual exchange of the necessary data.

Device management includes:

• records of active devices
• configuring, recording and loading data to/from devices
• setting up and uploading input data (timetables, tariff system, ticket templates, etc.) to electronic ticketing devices
• reading data (statistics) from electronic ticketing devices
• preparing sounds for stop announcement systems and input data for information boards, to improve passenger information
• helping to simplify complaints

The TransOffice system processes statistics from the cash office, from devices, and from chip cards.

The cash office is used for:

• recording and allocating drivers' revenue remittances from electronic cash register readings, as well as other cash receipt and expenditure documents
• linking the processing of readings with a cash counter for drivers' revenue remittance
• displaying and printing overviews of processed documents, and exporting document allocations to external accounting

Device overviews allow you to:

• view and print summaries (revenue, VAT, number of passengers, etc.) by tariff, line, service, stop, device and driver
• view and print various special customer-defined overviews and reports
• create a list of individual tickets and a description of a specific ticket
• export statistics from electronic ticketing devices to the Clearing Centre and to various other external systems

Chip card overviews allow you to:

• view and print various reports of transactions with electronic wallets (EW) and season tickets purchased on the chip card
• view and print a detailed statement of a selected card, with the option to load transactions made with other carriers from the Clearing Centre online
• view and print lists of cards and their balances according to various criteria

Personalisation includes the recording of transport cards. This system functionality allows a duplicate card to be issued to its holder in the event of loss, damage or expiry.

Personalisation also allows a custom print of the chip card with the holder's and issuer's details, and writing data to the card's chip.
