TransFleet evaluates deviations from the plan in such a way that the dispatcher is not forced to constantly monitor the computer screen, but is instead appropriately alerted to problem situations and conditions. Based on previous experience, the system automatically provides possible solutions to the situation.

TransFleet is able to monitor the vehicle's operating parameters. The information obtained is used to check the driver's behaviour in relation to the vehicle while carrying out planned work, which significantly improves the efficiency of operating costs. It is also used to monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to passengers, for example by monitoring the interior temperature of the vehicle and the driver's driving style (harsh acceleration, harsh braking). Fuel consumption can also be monitored over a selected period, on a specific line or route, or by line and driver.

The functionality of the dispatching information system's web portal ensures that the dispatcher is alerted by an alarm to non-standard situations in vehicles. They can intervene operationally in the transport plan and address any problems that arise. The system allows them to communicate directly with the driver via voice and text communication. If necessary, the dispatcher can reschedule a service, driver, or vehicle within the system, with these changes immediately reflected in the on-board computers in the vehicles as well.
