UNITerminal Network

UNITerminal is a self-service electronic device with an integrated NFC reader, designed for reading and writing data on transport cards, pupil and student cards, employee cards and city cards.

It is built on the concept of an all-in-one computer with a touchscreen. The device is suitable for wall mounting.

The online customer centre, through remote diagnostics, significantly simplifies troubleshooting problems related to the chip card. Through UNITerminal, the contents of the card can be sent to the customer centre for problem resolution, which considerably shortens the processing time.

UNITerminal functionality depending on the type of card:

Pupil card and student card

• Prolongation of pupil and student status
• Updating cards according to information provided by the school
• Displaying card contents (transport, ZSSK, school systems)
• Displaying activated carriers, current balance and valid tickets

Transport and city cards

• Displaying the electronic wallet balance and currently valid season tickets
• Card usage history
• Processing events from the e-shop and transport system
